The Beginning of the Blog

I figure I better start a blog so that everyone can see how Leslie is doing throughout the whole pregancy.

We went to the mid-wife yesterday (Wednesday March 28) and she said that Leslie is now 12 weeks along, which was news flash to Les because she thought that she was only 11 weeks and 2 days. They checked Leslie's uterus and did a breast exam and everything looks great.

Then came the best part of all ... We got to hear the baby's heartbeat, which sounded very strong. It was the most amazing thing, to finally get some kind of indication that there is actually a baby. Les will go in for another apointment in 4 weeks (April 25).

I'm going to work on getting a couple pictures up here, so everyone can see the progress Leslie is making.
